Filling Station Manager Acornhoek, Mpumalanga

POSITION INFO:

Minimum requirements:

• • Bilingual (Afrikaans and English)
  • Valid drivers Licence
  • High School Diploma (any other qualifications will be an advantage)
  • Good computer literacy
  • Minimum 5 Years experience in running and managing a filling station
  • Responsible for meeting all customer needs
  • Run the day-to-day operations: (inventory, employee scheduling, hiring and training, ordering and receiving supplies and offering promotions etc)
  • Create and meet balanced budgets
  • Maintain pumps and fuel supply
  • Report to company executives
  • Must ensure that safety protocols are followed by both employees and customers
  • Keep an eye on fuel prices, which fluctuate daily according to the market, and apply those prices to the fuel sold at the station.
  • Purchase supplies and stock based on previous sales and practice loss prevention
