SUMMARY:
Our client in the Public Sector, based in Johannesburg CBD, has an opportunity available for a Filing Clerk - Contributions.

POSITION INFO:

Requirements:

  • Matric (Grade 12)
  • Previous filing skills would be an advantage
  • Knowledge of mainframe system
  • Must have excellent administration skills ( Planning & Organising)
  • Must be able to work under pressure
  • Fluency in the English language

Duties:

  • Assisting and maintaining an excellent filing system in order to help in the smooth running of the department
  • File all contribution related documents in alpha, numeric and date order
  • Follow up on files requested and return of files
  • Acknowledge and clarify the internal customer’s needs
  • Deliver and retrieve files to and from customers
  • Request files via the Internet from storage companies.
