Filing Clerk (Accounting) - George - Western Cape

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Our client in George is looking for a organised Filing Clerk with basic knowledge of accounting programmes such as Sage, Pastel, Quickbooks etc. The ideal candidate must be detail orientated, organized and possess a serious understanding of confidentiality and data protection. 

Responsibilities:
  • Perform various tasks related to accounting
  • Work closely with accountants to manage records
  • Managing basic office administrative tasks including printing, reporting, and emailing
  • File paperwork, and scanning of documents
  • Typing and updating records/information
  • Ad hoc duties

Requirements:
  • Matric
  • Knowledge of Microsoft office including: Word, Excel, and emails
  • Must have filing clerk experience with basic knowledge of accounting programmes such as Sage, Pastel, Quickbooks etc.
  • Work accurately and independently
  • Well spoken and good with people
