Filing Clerk (Accounting) - George - Western Cape

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Our client in George is looking for a organised Filing Clerk with basic knowledge of accounting programmes such as Sage, Pastel, Quickbooks etc. The ideal candidate must be detail orientated, organized and possess a serious understanding of confidentiality and data protection.

Responsibilities:

Perform various tasks related to accounting
Work closely with accountants to manage records
Managing basic office administrative tasks including printing, reporting, and emailing
File paperwork, and scanning of documents
Typing and updating records/information
Ad hoc duties

Requirements:

Matric
Knowledge of Microsoft office including: Word, Excel, and emails
Must have filing clerk experience with basic knowledge of accounting programmes such as Sage, Pastel, Quickbooks etc.
Work accurately and independently
Well spoken and good with people
