SUMMARY:
Our Legal Client based in East London is looking for a Filing/Admin clerk to join their team

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Minimum requirements & duties:

2 Years experience in a law firm
Draw daily action Files on a daily basis
Draw files as and when requested
Complete file movement form for all files drawn
Keep and update the daily action dairy
Ensure the daily action form is correctly completed on all files
Ensure that all files returned and have next action date
Ensure that all files are in accordance with their schedule
File all documents and correspondence according to the file
Receive and sign for incoming and outgoing process documents
Attend to general enquiries pertaining to files
Collecting feedback from courts, attorneys and reporting to the director
Manage file movement and storage
Arrange court dates and assists attorneys in researching their cases
Draft court documents-added advantage
