SUMMARY:
Our client is looking for a Field Technician to work on company products on site in the Nigel/Dunnotar area. Electrical, HVAC and electronic products. Responsible for inspection, and communication on behalf of or client on site. Must have a solid technical background, good communication skills and the ability to do faultfinding and basic repairs. Training will be provided on all the equipmentthe company manufacturers and install.

Company renders variety of services to clients in the railway, Military , power and other manufacturing Industries.

We need a service technician who can work in the railway field as a field Service Technician on electronic, electrical and mechatronic equipment on electrical locomotives and railway equipment/ parts.

Technician required with good communication and faultfinding skills.

Requirements:

Resides in or around Dunnottar/Nigel
National Diploma (Electrical or Electronic engineering)

Job Brief:

A field technician will work on site/field permanently
Diagnosing errors/or technical problems & determining proper solutions
Producing detailed service reports
Following company procedures and protocols
Co-operating with technical teams and sharing information across to organization
Building relationships with customers
Documenting processes
Managing on site installation, repair, maintenance and testing
Providing service and customer support during fields visits
