SUMMARY:
Well Established Global Company seeking a candidate to maintain, service & repair Material Handling Equipment, Systems and products on site

POSITION INFO:

Min Requirements:-

• Matric, Grade 12
• Qualified Forklift Technician and experience with forklifts or similar material handling equipment or Electrician.
• Min of 3 years mechanical, hydraulic and electrical experience pertaining to forklifts.
• General working knowledge of auto electrical systems
• Ability to read and interpret schematics and diagrams
• Ability to utilize diagnostic equipment and specialized tools
• Valid Forklift License
• Code 8 drivers license

Key Performance Areas:-

• Servicing of Material Handling Equipment and maintaining forklift serviceability.
• Perform accurate diagnosis, troubleshooting in event of breakdown of equipment
• Communicate what repairs are needed to the customer
• Maintains vehicle maintenance and operational data history
• Promote Service and maintenance programs
• Ensure proper communication between workshop staff and customer
