Field Service Technician

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Attend to technical field calls within the required SLA''s

• Setting up and linking end users for printing and scanning to devices • Provide technical and software support to customers • Manage cell data usage for use via the Mobile APP only • Complete relevant calls accurately via the Mobile APP • Manage boot stock and keep boot stock within acceptable levels • Maintain vehicle log book accurately • Meet required deadlines and working overtime when necessary • Attend training product training when required • Completing of E-learning product training courses as per set time frame.

Desired Skills:

• Minimum 5 years technical experience • Copiers • printers • IT skills • digital equip • Printing • scanning • connection MFP • Networks • mobile devices • Experience on Canon • Konica Minolta • Samsung • colour and mono • printers & copiers • Good communication skills • Neat • presentable • team player • strong IT knowledge of office automation • A+ • N+ • Comptia certified.
