POSITION INFO:

A multinational company is looking for an experienced Field Service Technician to join their team. This company has been around for almost half a century and forms part of a listed concern. As leaders in the distributor, manufacturer and service industries they are an employer of choice. The role will include duties such as:

Perform routine, preventative maintenance and repairs on products
Preventative maintenance should be conducted in accordance with manufacturer’s recommendations (with regards to schedule and scope)
Perform diagnostics on malfunctioning products, determine possible causes for malfunctions and perform repairs as suggested by diagnostics and assessment
Test and document the proper operating parameters prior to and following preventative maintenance and repairs
Provide walk-through evaluations and basic system assessments.
Recordkeeping and Documentation
Warranty Part Returns

Job Experience & Skills Required:

Qualifications & Experience

Engineering degree
Atlas Copco certified
Qualified millwright
3 or more years’ field service experience
Mechanical and electrical skills
Portuguese speaking
