SUMMARY:
Field Service Technician (Permanent) based / relocate to Richards Bay, Kwazulu Natal

POSITION INFO:

 
Purpose of the Position
- Safe execution of field service activities within the Service Centre and Field Services Sites supporting customer process plant activities.
 
Education
- Artisan red seal diploma
- Acceptable evidence of relevant experience.
- Minimum 1 years’ experience in mechanical engineering field, focused on Dewatering plants/Pulp     and Paper plants.
 
Knowledge and experience
- Knowledge of relevant Technology, Products and Services
- Competency in fitting and turning (machining of components and assembly)
- Accuracy and competency with the reading of measuring equipment.
- Interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities
- Supervise the field service activities independently.
- Conduct the required field service activities with or without assistance depending on the nature of the activity.
- Assist the Senior Field Service Technician with the daily, weekly and monthly maintenance planning.
