Field Service Technician

SUMMARY:
Our Client in the Mining Industry is looking to employ a Field Service Technician

POSITION INFO:

1. Follow detailed maintenance program on machinery and equipment (Air Compressors, Light Towers, Air Dryers an Generators)
2. Full Spectrum of Maintenance tasks (Mechanical, Electrical, Air Dryer, Cleaning, Pneumatic, Hydraulic, PLC, Instrumentation)
3. Identify and trouble shoot crucial maintenance related problems and address these.
4. Administration Duties

1. Qualified (Red seal - Section 13)
   
2. Experience past completion of trade test as an Electrician or Refrigeration Technician will be an advantage
3. Experience in the mining industry will be an advantage
4. Experience on maintenance and repairing of refrigerant air dryers will be an advantage
5. Experience in compressors & Overhauling of compressor elements will be an advantage
6. Experience in Diesel machinery and equipment will be an advantage
7. Experience in PLC's
8. Valid code EB drivers License
9. Computer Literate in MS Office and other related software
10. Able to identify / read parts manuals and electrical wiring diagrams
11. No criminal records
12. Must be medically fit to work in the mining related industry
13. Must have own hand tools (We can assist to purchase your own)
14. Overtime, when required on Standby and Call-Outs
15. Trustworthy and able to work without supervision
