Field Service Engineer – Medical Devices
Location: Mpumalanga
Position Overview:
A revolutionary concern in the medical diagnostics industry has an excellent opportunity available for a proficient Field Service Engineer in Mpumalanga.
The Field Service Engineer will ensure customer satisfaction through effective troubleshooting, repair, installation, and maintenance of GeneXpert and Infinity products. One will offer customer support, address issues promptly and professionally.
Minimum Requirements:
Education or Experience required:
- Degree/National Diploma in Electronics or Engineering or equivalent experience
- 3-5 Years’ experience in Field Lifecycle Maintenance, Sales Support, and superior Technical Customer Service
- Knowledge and experience in testing of Electronic Measuring Devices
- Experience with troubleshooting and repair of Medical Devices or Medical Diagnostics is essential
- Experience or ability to work with other Electronics Test Equipment
- Possess computer and software skills (including Windows XP, Windows 7 MS Office, etc.)
- Must be able to travel approximately 75% of the time
- Fluent in English
