Field Manager (East London)

SUMMARY:
We are looking for a confidant, solution orientated Field Manager to be based in East London for a large waste management company. Waste management experience or supervisory experience in the construction industry would be advantageous for this opportunity.

• Must have Field Management exposure and experience
• Strong communication skills
• Good motivational skills
• Exceptional organizational skills
• Awareness of internal and external client needs

Duties and responsibilities amongst others:

• Manage, train, motivate and coordinate the operations team.
• It is expected 50% of OPS’ time to be in the field and in front of customers.
• Manage Waste processes at all sites in East London and surrounding areas.
• Establish a good relationship with all Waste Customers and upsell additional equipment and services.
• Manage all waste partners and ensure continually negotiate the best rebates possible for the company.
• Recruitment and management of On-Site Waste Sorters.
• Develop and Maintain the Ops Manual that is used across all waste management sites in East London.
