Our client, a Western Cape flour mill, is seeking a skilled Field Baker to provide on-site technical support to customers!

Essential Experience:

3-5+ years commercial/industrial bakery experience
๐ Bread, rolls, buns production (sweet doughs preferred)
๐ Recipe standardization across different equipment
๐ฌ Bakery trials and formula scaling experience
๐ฅ Customer-facing or field support experience preferred
Key Skills:
๐งช Strong baking science knowledge
๐ Diagnostic troubleshooting abilities
๐จ๐ซ Training and communication skills
๐ Data-driven testing and reporting
๐ Valid driver''s license and willingness to travel
Qualifications:
๐ Formal baking qualification/certification required
๐ Food Science or Baking Technology background
