POSITION INFO:
Minimum Requirements:
* Relevant Degree or Diploma in IT or Software Engineering
* Minimum 3 years’ experience in relevant customer care or retail
* Minimum 3 years’ experience in dealing with escalated queries
* Clear understanding of the CRM system functionality
Knowledge/Skills:
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Excellent telephone or face to face customer interaction etiquette
* Conflict management and resolution
* Analytical thinking and problem solving
* Decision making and stress handling techniques
* Time management
* Interpersonal skills
