5 x Fibre Escalations Agents

One of MHCM’s clients, a household favourite Telecommunication company, has an exciting opportunity available for five Fibre Escalations Agents to join their team on a 6-month contract based in Midrand. The successful incumbent will conduct root cause analysis and manage trends to implement process improvement throughout the business.

The purpose of this position is to ensure that all customer escalations sent to FTTH customer touchpoints are resolved. The ideal candidate must be able to provide high quality support and service to external and internal clients. As the successful candidate should also be able to analyse customer escalations trends and identify processes or system improvements. You will be expected to provide feedback and recommendations to management on identified trend.
