Fast Food Restaurant Area Coach

SUMMARY:

We are seeking a Fast Food Restaurant Area Coach for a permanent vacancy based in East London, Eastern Cape

POSITION INFO:

Applicants are required to meet the following criteria:

 

• Matric with relevant Bachelor’s Degree in Operations
• 5+ years’ experience in the Quick Service Restaurant industry operations division
• Drivers license with extensive travel required
• Experience in ensuring operational efficiencies and excellence through training / development and sales driving
• Must be fluent in English and computer literate on MS Office and email
• Due to their EE plan, an equity candidate is ideally sought

The successful applicant would be responsible for, but not limited to:

• Ensure that recognition programme is in place
• Recruitment, selection, performance management, induction and personal development, including performance appraisals with restaurant management team
• Holding regular meetings and resolving concerns
• Ensure H&S standards are evaluated and met
• Ensure all stores implement customer initiatives and handle all customer concerns
• Drive sales and local store marketing – ensure that plans are in place and executed
• Maximize sales through operational excellence
• Set guidelines for restaurant profit goals, manage and identify expense issues
• Ensure that cash/banking procedures are adhered to and conduct periodic business reviews
• Training Managers on how to use / interpret reports to analyze business
  

Salary:  R20 000.00 – R22 000.00 pm + vehicle allowance
