SUMMARY:
Fashion Production Coordinator/Administrator

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Production Co-ordinator

Organized individual with a great eye for detail
Communicate effectively and has the ability to multitask
Assist in managing orders, tracking and tracing
Work well under pressure in a very fast-paced environment

Responsibilities:

Tracking and tracing: PO Orders
Monitor Daily Production
To ensure the on-time booking and scheduling of production to meet delivery dates.
Weekly communication regarding orders and order status
Reporting to Production and Planning Managers
Lead times are tracked and critical path is managed

Requirements:

Diploma or Degree in Textile or Clothing
2 years experience in the clothing industry
Strong on excel - NB!!
Manage multiple orders at a time
Manage multiple projects simultaneously
Excellent verbal and communication skills
Excellent attention to detail
