Production Co-ordinator

• Organized individual with a great eye for detail
• Communicate effectively and has the ability to multitask
• Assist in managing orders, tracking and tracing
• Work well under pressure in a very fast-paced environment 

Responsibilities:

• Tracking and tracing:  PO Orders
• Monitor Daily Production
• To ensure the on-time booking and scheduling of production to meet delivery dates.
• Weekly communication regarding orders and order status
• Reporting to Production and Planning Managers 
• Lead times are tracked and critical path is managed

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Textile or Clothing
• 2 years experience in the clothing industry
• Strong on excel - NB!!
• Manage multiple orders at a time
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent verbal and communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail
