Our client, in Barberton, has a position available for a driven, ambitious and qualified Production Manager who to join their growing team.

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS

• The hole production function of blue berries
• Production planning (planting, irrigation, fertilization, harvesting)
• Managing work teams
• Training and development
• Health and Safety
• All relevant record keeping and administration

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• At least 5 years experience in a similar farming environment
• Excellent communication skills
• Agri tertiary qualification would be an advantage
• Must be able to work under pressure
• Good computer skills
