Farm Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION:

The Farm Manager will be responsible for overseeing all farming activities and to manager equipment.

Qualification and experience:

5 Years Crop Management experience.
Experience with Pivots / irrgation systems
Experience in labour best practices
Experience in process effiencies and best farming practices

Core skills and Competencies:

Basic administration skills
Management skills
Ability to maintain key internal and external relationships
Good Communication skills
Ability to take initiative, work independently and achieve desired results
Ability to work under pressure, manage several priorities and meet deadlines
Strong project management and coordination skills.
