Established concern based in Greytown is seeking an experienced Farm Manager. The successful applicant will be required to lead and manage a permanent staff force of over 50 people. The goal is to achieve industry winning results over all operations which include potatoes, irrigated and dryland maize, dry beans, and a complementary beef herd.

The successful applicant will need the following attributes:

• A passion for agriculture;
• A track record of great execution, including at least 10 years’ experience in crop production: Maize, beans and potatoes 
• Excellent problem solving skills, communication skills and organizational capability;
• The ability to effectively manage people;
• Fluency in isiZulu;
• Keen attention to detail.
