POSITION INFO:

Established concern based in Hilton is seeking a Manager with extensive farming knowledge or estate knowledge.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Management of staff
• Firebreak compliance - Ensure all mandated fire breaks are burnt to correct standard and by the correct time
• Security - Ensure that the fences are maintained and in good working order
• Roads – Manage all controlled roads
• Infrastructure - Ensure that all gates are maintained and in perfect working order
• Various: Maintain all vehicles on the Estate
