Family law Attorney – Pretoria East

Your passion for Family Law will secure this position

Well established Law Firm based in Pretoria East, requires the services of a dynamic Attorney with an absolute passion for Family Law, to join their team.

Requirements

Bilingual (Afrikaans and English) – read, write, speak and understand in order to fit in with culture of the office.

Resides in Pretoria

A minimum of one year experience in Family Law

Drafting of summonses and other pleadings as well as applications pertaining to family law matters

Correspondence and liaison with various stakeholders (clients, attorneys, advocates, and other experts.

Attend High Court matters

Appear in Domestic violence court.

Conduct consultations.

A valid driver’s license and own reliable transport

Excellent admin and organisational skills

Strong communication skills

Ability to perform well under pressure

Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook and experience Legal Suite will be an advantage

Salary: Negotiable depending on experience
