SUMMARY:

Applications are invited from qualified and experienced candidates for the above-mentioned permanent post in the Faculty of Health Sciences

POSITION INFO:

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS AND COMPETENCIES:

• Bachelor degree in Administration or related field
• 3 years’ experience in a tertiary environment with knowledge of university processes, policies and systems

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide academic administrative support to the departments within the faculty

• Organization of key activities in the University calendar (meetings, seminars, conferences and other relevant faculty workshops)

• Administration of meetings of the Faculty (agenda compilation, minutes and reports)
• Support and assist with the day-to-day administrative duties in the Faculty office under the leadership of the Faculty manager.
