Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Factory / Production Manager to oversee daily operations within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is ideal for a proactive individual with strong leadership skills and a solid background in production management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee daily factory and production operations
- Lead, supervise, and motivate production staff
- Ensure production targets and deadlines are met
- Monitor and control stock levels and inventory processes
- Oversee basic machine maintenance and ensure equipment is operational
- Maintain a safe, efficient, and productive working environment
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a factory or manufacturing environment
- Proven experience managing staff and production processes
- Strong understanding of stock control and inventory management
- Basic knowledge of machine maintenance
- Good problem-solving and organisational skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
