Job Description
- Supervise the daily bottling, extraction, and packaging lines on the factory floor.
- Manage, motivate, and organize staff shifts to hit daily production targets.
- Spot machine downtime quickly and take the right steps to fix the problem.
- Monitor product packaging to ensure high quality and clean food safety standards.
- Conduct regular stock counts of raw materials and finished goods.
- Enforce clear safety habits and workplace cleanliness among floor workers.
- Work with maintenance teams to ensure quick repairs on broken equipment.
- Keep basic production logs and report daily output to senior management.
What You Need to Apply
- Proven hands-on supervisory experience on a factory, production, or packaging floor.
- Experience working in the food, beverage, or FMCG packaging industries is highly preferred.
- Good mechanical aptitude to troubleshoot basic machinery issues right away.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and discipline a diverse team.
- A positive, problem-solving attitude to keep the production line moving.
- Excellent communication skills and high reliability for early shift starts.
