Factory Operations Clothing Supervisor

SUMMARY:
Our Client in the Manufacturing Industry based is looking for a Factory Operations Clothing Supervisor

POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements:

• Min 5 years experience in a similar role in clothing manufacture, preferably workwear
• Experience in MS Excel is required 
• A relevant qualification would be an advantage 
• Technical knowledge of sewing machines and operations
• Production plan for factory floor on daily basis liaising with key personnel and sales staff
• Establish and monitor manufactured ready targets
• Manage and oversee all products according to the production plan and delivery schedule
• Ensure maximum efficiency by assessing operations and adjusting where necessary
• Oversee and manage machine operators
• Oversee cutting room and outwork flow
• Manage all production floor staff 
• Oversee quality and control according to ISO 9001: 2015
• Overseeing stock management system
• Updating of BOM
