SUMMARY:
Factory Manager (Centurion)

POSITION INFO:

Qualifications Required:

vGrade 12.

vDegree/Diploma in Production Management or equivalent experience in Factory/Production Management.

v

Responsibilities:

vAccomplish manufacturing staff results by communicating job expectations.

vCost management of products and assist with new product costing models.

vAnalyse budgets and continuously control production costs and identify /rectify waste measures.

vMaintains work flow by monitoring steps of the process.

vCompletes production plans by scheduling and assigning to personnel as per Bill of Quantities received from Project Managers.

vAccomplishing Work Results.

vRevising Schedules.

vEnsure that Quality Control Checks are implemented and managed.

vEnsure that Cut Sheets for all products is created.

vMust be able to do extractions from drawings.

vEnsure that the ordering of material for Projects is executed.

vManage all activities within the production process, including maintenance and the workforce.

Requirement:

vShop Fitting / Wood Manufacturing Industry.

v8-10 years experience.

vLanguage: Bilingual.

vDrivers License.

vSA Citizen.

vMust have knowledge of quality control process.

vIn depth knowledge of products/materials.
