SUMMARY:
Reputable company in the Manufacturing industry is looking for a Factory Manager with FSSC qualifications to join their team.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Job Description:

Providing and maintaining a facility and environment conducive to the product and services produced and supplied by the company in an ethical manner.
Customer relations
Staff training
Daily liaising with production, QC and technical staff as needed
Communicating Food Safety Policy and Company Objectives to staff.
Company communication internally and externally
Developing, documenting and maintaining the Quality Management System to ensure it is compliant with FSSC22000 (FSMS Production Container) and new regulations, regulatory and statutory requirements
Developing, documenting and maintaining the Quality Management System to ensure it is compliant with ISO 9001:2015 (factory) and new regulations, regulatory and statutory requirements
Monitoring the operations of the company to ensure compliance to procedures.
Raw material planning and procurement
Liaising with suppliers as required to ensure production is continuous
Sign off Glass Clearance Certificate
Control of Measuring Equipment and calibration schedules
Preparing for and attending audits by external bodies and participate in internal audits.
Compiling, updating, issuing and control of relevant process documentation
Ensuring quality related information is available where required
Production planning & mould scheduling
Driving gassing work to cork suppliers for gassing with company vehicle.
Adhoc collection of goods with company vehicle if required from technical staff
Assist management with resource planning
Assist with DISA Vascular production if needed
Ensure Work Instructions are adhered to
COVID Compliance Officer
Management Representative for Quality
Food Safety Team Leader
