SUMMARY:
Well-established company based in the East Rand seeks a Factory Manager to join their team!

POSITION INFO:
Requirements:

Diploma or degree in Operations Management or related field.
8–10 years’ experience in manufacturing (e.g., food or cosmetics).
Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 systems.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee end-to-end manufacturing processes, including planning, scheduling, and quality control.
Monitor production performance and implement improvements to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
Develop and enforce operational policies and procedures.
Lead, train, and manage production staff, including performance management.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements.
Manage inventory levels and proper handling of raw materials and finished goods.
Coordinate with procurement, finance, logistics, and sales to align production with demand.
