SUMMARY:
Our internationally listed and revolutionary logistics and supply chain client is looking for a well experienced and driven Facility Manager to join their dynamic team

POSITION INFO:

Experience:

5 -7 years in Facilities Management & Project Management experience.
Manage and streamline CAPEX projects.
Responsible for all asset management and property management
Oversee all maintenance, repairs, facility and vendor management and procedures.
Enhance and prepare all designs and space planning for all cross functional divisions.
Engaging with property owners regarding new rentals, leases and fees
Lead and oversee all SHE facilities and compliance initiatives

Qualifications & Requirements:

Relevant tertiary qualification
