SUMMARY:
Facilities and operations administrator, Pretoria

POSITION INFO:

Facilities and operations administrator, Pretoria. Responsible for managing all building maintenance queries (including security)
Responsible for weekly oversight of garden maintenance (in line with service contract) and irrigation
Responsible to ensure external cleaners are onsite daily to provide office cleaning services and weekly re the sani bin disposal
Responsible for logging tickets for telephone/ switchboard problems; assisting with and resolving of common telephone queries
Responsible for logging tickets for printer issues
Submission of insurance claims as and when required
Office furniture procurement when required
Necessary procurement for all repairs/ services done
Weekly Ordering of office supplies including branded water; daily ensuring that the messengers collect colddrinks, milk etc for for boardroom and kitchens
Processing of company vehicle travelling as well as RAF travelling on AJS computer program
Weekly Ordering of stationery and paper and managing the issue of stationery
Management of company cars iro licence renewals and services ; dash cam surveillance and traffic fines
COVID liaison officer
