POSITION INFO:

Facilities and Property Manager (JB557)
Accra, Ghana
GHS8000 – 8500 Per Month

6 Month contract with view of extension, must be available on short notice to start in a new role.
 
 
Requirements for the Facilities and Property Manager:
Relevant OHS qualification or similar would be beneficial.
At least 2 years’ experience in either OHS or IT disciplines
Excellent interpersonal skills
The ability to write reports.
An eye for detail and project management skills
Advanced Computer Literacy Skills
Coordinate with the Facilities and IT Lead and General Manager of site the implementation of new building projects and optimal building utilisation.
Regulate and monitor assets on all sites via CCTV
 
Coordination of facilities operations coordinate facility staff and office moves.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Implement new building projects
Regulate and monitor assets on all sites via CCTV
Record keeping of maintenance work, OHS files and assets
Ensure compliance with health and safety standards and regulations
Coordinating security and cleaning deliverables
Coordinate vehicle fleet and drivers
Building operations and maint3enance
 
First line support person responsible for IT activities on campus supporting back office users
Provision of windows-based machines
Setup office 365, video conferencing systems, VOIP phones
