JOB DESCRIPTION:

Facilities Manager - Sea Point - R15,000 - R20,000 per month + accommodation

Looking for a very reliable and solid candidate who would look after all the maintenance and manage a block of flats in Sea Point.
You will need to live in and basically be on call 24/7.
You need to be good with people and understanding of elderly folks needs.
Must speak English and Afrikaans (SA)
Must have own transport and driver’s license.
Clear criminal record essential.
