SUMMARY:
A position has opened up for an experienced Facilities Manager in Hatfield.

POSITION INFO:

Duties:

Building inspections every 2 months
Manage keys to generator/transformer rooms and control the use of the master keys
Maintenance of: studios, generators, heat pumps, lifts, CCTV, plumbing, pest control, windows, lights, laundry machines
Manage agreements with service providers
Inspect studios before/after tenants vacate/enter
Be on call after hours in the event of an emergency
Liaise with accounts department to ensure all damages are recovered
Ensure sober habits are maintained in the units

Requirements:

Previous experience as a Facilities Manager
Willing to work after hours
