SUMMARY:

A leading retailer based in Capetown is in pursuit of a confident and customer focused Building Manager to manage the company's properties.

POSITION INFO:

Comprehensive practical knowledge and understanding of:

Interaction and resolution with tenants
Management of Health and Safety requirements
Compiling maintenance programmes
On-site maintenance audits
Sourcing and control service providers (eg security, cleaning /hygiene, electrical ,plumbing, fire prevention, lifts, air-conditioning and other technical services)
Budgeting
Administration of internal maintenance and security
Related ad hoc projects
Travel between sites will be required
