Our client in Newlands is looking for a Junior Accountant who will be responsible for the financial reporting and fund administration of various Funds.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Minimum requirements:

BCom Accounting Qualification
A minimum of 5 years’ experience in financial services, preferably in fund accounting
Knowledge of IFRS
Exposure to tax and VAT
Technical knowledge, including the application of Hiport
Commercial knowledge of asset management/alternative asset classes advantageous
