Duties:
- Lead preparation of budgets, forecasts, and monthly reports.
- Deliver detailed KPI and variance reporting.
- Conduct revenue, cost, and margin analysis.
- Support finance transformation initiatives.
- Manage consolidation of accounts across multiple currencies.
- Provide guidance and mentoring within the FP&A function.
Job Experience & Skills Required:Qualifications: - Matric (Grade 12)
- BCom Accountancy
- CA(SA), CIMA, or equivalent)
Experience: - Experience in FP&A reporting and financial analysis.
- Strong background in budgeting, revenue, and cost analysis.
- Exposure to finance transformation projects desirable.
- Experience in consolidation and multi-currency environments.
Skills & Competencies:- Advanced Excel and MS Office proficiency.
- Strong reporting and documentation skills.
- Analytical, structured, and detail focused.
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders.
- Strong commercial awareness.
