Job Description:
- Lead financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and performance review activities
- Partner with senior stakeholders to support strategic decision-making and business growth initiatives
- Deliver meaningful commercial insights through financial analysis, modelling, and reporting
- Oversee periodic financial reviews, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery of information
- Drive profitability improvement initiatives and identify opportunities to enhance business performance
- Manage end-to-end planning cycles and monitor delivery against financial commitments
- Support investment and resource allocation decisions through data-driven recommendations
- Lead process optimisation, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives within the finance function
- Present financial performance updates and recommendations to executive leadership
- Develop and mentor finance professionals while fostering a high-performance team environment
Skills & Experience: - Minimum 12+ years' of progressive finance experience within complex corporate environments
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to translate financial information into business actions
- Demonstrated success partnering with executive stakeholders and influencing key decisions
- Experience leading financial planning, forecasting, and management reporting processes
- Proven leadership capability, including coaching and developing teams
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Experience driving process improvement, transformation, or digital finance initiatives
- Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment
- Advanced stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills
- Exposure to large ERP environments and advanced Excel capabilities
Qualification:- CA(SA), CIMA, or equivalent professional designation – Non-Negotiable.
