Duties:
- Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning
- Develop and refine financial models to support strategic initiatives.
- Analyse financial and operational data, deliver insights to drive performance.
- Collaborate with leadership to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve margins.
- Prepare and deliver high-quality presentations and reports for executives and board members.
Job Experience & Skills Required:
Qualifications:
- CA(SA) or CIMA qualification essential.
- Postgraduate degree in Finance or related field preferred.
Experience:
- 7–10 years’ FP&A experience, with 3+ years at management level.
- Experience in multinational or corporate environments
Skills & Competencies:
- Advanced financial modelling and scenario analysis
- Proficiency in ERP systems and BI tools.
- Exceptional business acumen and strategic mindset.
- Excellent leadership, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
