SUMMARY:
Our client, a leading company in the agricultural sector, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Safety Systems Coordinator to join their team in Nelspruit. This individual will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the company's food safety programs, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.

POSITION INFO:

Qualifications:

Degree in Food Science, Agriculture, or a closely related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a food safety role, preferably within the agricultural sector.
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in MS Access, MS Excel (including data analysis and simulation), and basic understanding of operational research principles.
In-depth knowledge of HACCP principles and food safety legislation relevant to South Africa.
Excellent computer literacy with strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software programs.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality standards.
Valid South African driver's license.
