FMCG Marketing Manager
POSITION INFO:
Our client in the FMCG industry is looking for the ideal hard working individual to join their fast growing company.
Position Purpose:
The FMCG Marketing Manager is responsible for managing and coordinating the complete on-site marketing function, assisting with formulating, and implementing sustainable marketing and brand strategies, public relations and communication strategies and policies while managing the marketing and information staff’s
key outputs as well as representing Centre Management.
The person in this role must support the Head Office Marketing Department and FMCG Management in all aspects of its operation. The position requires planning and execution of special events, public relations efforts, tenant communication and relations, community relations and philanthropic outreach, tourism program support [where applicable], advertising and collateral production and sponsorship programs.
The position is responsible to ensure appropriate representation of company.
The Marketing Manager is charged to ensure that the programs, events, and activities are in line with the Marketing Plan goals and strategies as well as company standards.
Essential Functions and Basic Duties include:
- Development of the Annual Marketing Strategy and Budget
- Development and Implementation of the Brand Strategy and Advertising Plan
- Management of the Marketing Department and Administration
- Planning and Implementation of Promotions and Events
- Media Relations, Public Relations and Publicity
- Social Media
- Promotion Court and Sundry Sales
- CSI Programme
- Tenant Programme
- Reports
- Research
- Supplier invoices
Minimum Requirements and Personal Attributes:
- A minimum college degree in marketing or equivalent.

A minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing event management.

Proficient in use of computers particularly Excel, Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.

Social media knowledge and strategy skills.

Strong organizational skills.

Well-rounded oral and written communication skills.
