SUMMARY:
Do you have excellent communication skills in both English and Afrikaans with a proven track record in sales with FMCG or Packaging experience in the Food or Diary industry?

Our International Client a supplier of packaging technology machinery requires a confident self-motivated sales representative to increase market share and to improve client relationships with resolving issues, enquiries and finding the best solutions for their clients requirements.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

REQUIREMENTS

Matric with 2-3 Years sales experience with and excellent track record
FMCG and Packaging experience will be advantageous
Experience in the Food or Dairy Industry will be advantageous
Sales experience with a proven track record.
Sound Technical (mechanics and or electric) knowledge
Business Development experience.
Business to Business experience.
Valid driver’s license.

DUTIES

Gain a broad knowledge of all the various machines used in this packaging environment
Plan sales calls to ensure a value-added approach
Calling on clients and building market share in designated areas
Analyse competitor activity and market trends and feedback.
Submit weekly sales plans
Achieve volumes/budgets
Proactively look for new business and market opportunities
Monitor stock levels
Sale administration
Resolve customers complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions and preparing reports
Maintain positive business relationships with customers

Salary: R20 000 basic + Company Car and Fuel + Commission on Total Sales, Pension fund contributions and Medical-aid contribution (optional)
