POSITION INFO:

Minimum requirements:

Must come from FMCG environment
Pastel exp
Debtors / Transporters
Managing POD of Debtors which Includes
Failed deliveries reports (daily orders / invoices)
Notifications from the call center (to be able to give instructions within 15min)
Admin problem POD’s (Investigations)
Query Consultant
Claims Supervisor
Authorize credit notes
Authorize returns
Collections arrangements
Meetings (updates)
Scanning
