POSITION INFO:
General maintenance and repairs on ammonia refrigeration system
Electrical motors, pumps and circuits maintenance and repairs
VSDs and soft starters maintenance and repairs
Machine breakdowns and repairs
Maintenance and refurbishment of food-processing machinery
Monthly standby call-outs
Form part of and assist a team of artisans
Supply feedback to maintenance manager
Liaise between production and maintenance departments
Skills & Experience:
Minimum 3 - 5 years’ experience
Food Processing environment experience (compulsory)
Strong electrical understanding (compulsory)
Computer literacy
Microsoft Excel proficiency
Brilliant communication skills (verbal and written)
Qualification:
Ammonia refrigeration qualification (compulsory)
Trade test Millwright/Electrician (advantageous)
Any further studies beneficial
