FINANCIAL MANAGER (MANUFACURING PLANT) - EE only
R550K – R600K CTC plus performance bonus
Pietermaritzburg, Kwa-Zulu Natal

The ideal candidate for this job will have a relevant financial degree or post graduate qualification coupled with at least 2 – 3 years years experience within a manufacturing / production environment, good understanding of costing and people management experience. PLEASE DO NOT APPLY IF YOU DON’T MEET THE ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS.

QUALIFYING REQUIREMENTS FOR THE ROLE:

• Tertiary qualification: Minimum is a Degree in Finance or Accounting - Essential
• Substantial financial accounting experience in a manufacturing / factory / production industry (2 to 3 years relevant experience)- Essential
• Knowledge and experience in production costing
• People management experience - Essential
• Good Financial Analytical skills
• Experienced and skilled to liaise and communicate at a senior level
• Computer literacy
• Working knowledge and skills on Financial Systems
