JOB DESCRIPTION:

You will be reporting into the Executive Director. Your direct reports will be 2 Bookkeepers and an Admin Clerk

Main purpose of the role
The main purpose of this role is to maintain an effective and compliant financial and internal control environment.

Minimum education & qualifications

  • BCom Accounting (with Articles)
  • Min 3-5 years experience in financial accounting
  • Knowledge of Accounting systems (NAV advantageous)
  • Computer literacy – Excel (Advanced), Word, Outlook, Power Point
  • Driver’s license Code B

  • Financial Reporting (Annual Financial statements (AFS), Integrate report, Board packs (Quarterly), External audit (Annual).
  • Process and internal control management (Daily)
  • Risk Management
  • Banking, Treasury & Investments
  • Capex & Inventory
  • Payroll
  • Staff Management
