JOB DESCRIPTION:

You will be reporting into the Executive Director. Your direct reports will be 2 Bookkeepers and an Admin Clerk

Main purpose of the role
The main purpose of this role is to maintain an effective and compliant financial and internal control environment.

Minimum education & qualifications

BCom Accounting (with Articles)
Min 3-5 years experience in financial accounting
Knowledge of Accounting systems (NAV advantageous)
Computer literacy – Excel (Advanced), Word, Outlook, Power Point
Driver’s license Code B

Key Performance Areas

Financial Reporting (Annual Financial statements (AFS), Integrate report, Board packs (Quarterly), External audit (Annual).
Process and internal control management (Daily)
Risk Management
Banking, Treasury & Investments
Capex & Inventory
Payroll
Staff Management
