SUMMARY:
Our client in the air-conditioning and ventilation industry is looking for detail-orientated Financial Assistant to join their finance team. This person will assist the Creditors Clerk in all the creditors’ functions and report to the Financial Manager.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Responsibilities:

Update and maintain financial records.
Reconcile invoices and GRNs to actual stock received.
Supplier control functions (checking invoices are correctly received and match quotes etc).
Assist with the preparation and management of financial statements and reports for the company, clients and suppliers.
Financial data entry and bookkeeping duties.
Work hours 7h30-17h00.

Requirements:

Must know how to process a Cashbook.
An understanding of VAT legislation.
Pastel and Excel working experience.
Good communication skills.
Organised and meticulous administration skills.
Problem-solving and excellent time management skills.
