POSITION INFO:

Our client, a supplier of fresh produce and commodities, is seeking the expertise of a Financial Assistant to join their team at their offices in Wellington.

 

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Bank Reconciliations
• Capturing of invoices and credit notes
• Processing of General Journals
• Data processing, capturing and reporting
• Debtor/ Creditor control, invoicing, and reconciliations
• Prepare weekly and monthly payments

• Must be able to work under high pressure
• Ability to meet deadlines

• Willingness to learn
• Ability to work independently and can apply mind (use common sense)

QUALIFICATIONS

• Financial Diploma or Degree

 

EXPERIENCE & KNOWLEDGE

• Similar experience will be advantageous
• Strong communication skills, need to be effective and professional
• Computer skills a necessity, especially Microsoft Excel
• Good administration skills
