POSITION INFO:

Brightrock is the fastest-growing insurer in the intermediated individual life and Business life risk market and has strong backing by its majority shareholder Sanlam. Brightrock is expanding its current Financial Adviser footprint and looking for Experienced Financial Advisors to become part of their successful growth and to join the dynamic team of existing BRIGHTROCK FINANCIAL ADVISORS across South Africa.

It is the perfect opportunity for individuals seeking the sustainability of personal and financial growth and the opportunity to earn 100% commission on first- and second-year commission.  We are expanding, and appointing Financial Advisers in Cape Town, Port Elizabeth, KZN, Gauteng and Bloemfontein.

As a Brightrock Financial Adviser you will have a comprehensive product suite to market to your clients, including Sanlam investments , Santam Short term, a host of Medical Aids and Gap covers and the Best Individual- and Business life policy in South Africa. We also have agreements with a Fiduciary Partner as well as Several Commercial Short-Term providers. 

Compulsory Requirements:

• Matric
• Reliable Car & Valid Driver’s License
• Clear Criminal and ITC Record
• Strong communication skills
• Criminal and ITC Checks to be done
• Regulatory Exam 5
• 2 years’ experience

Advantages:

• Tertiary Qualification / Post Graduate Industry Related Degree
• If the first date of Appointment was before 2014 – NQF Level 4 OR 5 (SETA Accredited)

Benefits:

• Business Establishment Fee will range from R10 000 – R20 000 per month, for a 5-month period, depending on Qualifications / Experience.
• All other benefits to be discussed in the interview.
