FIELD SERVICE TECHNICIAN

SUMMARY:
An Office Automation company is currently seeking a Field Service Technician to service, set up and maintain copiers/printers. SLA agreement service and maintenance, day to day customer service. IT support on networks.

POSITION INFO:
Qualifications and knowledge

• Matric
• Valid driver’s license – code 8 and reliable transport
• PC and network literate
• Product knowledge would be an advantage
• Knowledge of Fleet Manager would be an advantage
• Printer and MFP certification
• A+/N+
• MCSE would be an advantage
• Must have own vehicle and a valid driver’s license

• Excellent customer skills
• Excellent Technical abilities
• Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
• IT, network set up in scanning and printing
• Must be willing to work overtime when required
• Good time keeping

• 5 years minimum service support, MFP, IT
• Proven track record in IT
• Preferred technical experience with Sharp, Epson and Kyocera multi-functional printers.
• THE TECHNICIAN MUST RESIDE IN RUSTENBURG
